Holbrook Farms in Scarborough is officially complete! Nearly five years ago, we celebrated the sale of the very first home in this incredible neighborhood. Now, we’ve closed on the final home—and what a journey it has been!

Triton Corporation is a residential contracting and development company founded by Rich Wasina in 2005. Triton began developing subdivision projects to sell lots then provided residential design services and general contracting. Over the years, we have developed numerous lot splits, single house lots and full subdivisions.
